Customers will be
able to view their current account balance and their past 18 months
of statement history that begins accumulating 10/01/2012. This includes
any statement they have received, such as
general statements, late notices, and reminders.
MAKE A PAYMENT
Using our secure payment form, customers will be able to make payments on their
account. PLEASE NOTE that online
bill payments may take up to 2 business days
to be processed by your bank for verification of funds. Credit card payments
may take up to one business day to process. If
your account is past due and you have received a stop service notice,
be sure you allow for the 2 business day processing cycle for your payment
to be posted. If your final notice date is less than two business days you
will need to call our customer service center at 503-648-4219 between 8am and
- Friday so we may process your payment immediately to be assured your service
is not interrupted and your carts/containers are not removed from your premises.
STORE PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Customers have the option to store credit card or bank account information
for convenience in future transactions. Account information is 128-bit encrypted
and stored solely on our payment processor’s secured servers.
Using your stored payment information you have the option to register
your account for auto-pay. Once registered your account will be automatically
charged the invoice balance every month on the 15th of each month. If the 15th
is a weekend, the payment will be withdrawn the next business day.
If you have multiple accounts with the exact same address,
we will automatically check your billing data and offer a list of additional
accounts you can
select to add to your existing profile. If you manage an account at a different
address or with a different
name you can add those individually using the account number and id number from
the additional account(s) statements.
Also, if you do business with another company that uses online-billpay.com
those accounts can be added to the same profile using the same method. You will
have an option to store your card information
once and use that to pay your account(s).
This feature allows a customer to cancel enrollment from auto-pay or cancel their
all together. If you cancel your account, you can always reregister using
the same account number
and id number you were originally provided. After deleting your account your
will again be included on your bill.
Account options are available for customers to change their password and update
their personal information.
Any inserts that are mailed with paper invoices are available on the site
in PDF format to be viewed or downloaded. If you are a paperless customer, the
same inserts are available for you in the same electronic format.
In the notifications section you can view reminders of holiday
closures or any
other information we may send out to keep you informed.
REGISTER FOR PAPERLESS BILLING
Customers are able to register themselves for paperless billing. For
customers registered for paperless billing, you will be sent an email notification
a new statement is available
for you to view on the site.
