Stop/Change Service
Moving out of the area:
Please have the following information ready and call our customer service line at (503) 648-4219.
- Address where service will be stopped
- Name on the account
- Last day service will be requested and we can collect the carts. Please note that the final collection must occur on your regularly scheduled collection day.
- Forwarding address for billing information
Moving to another location in our service area:
Please call one week in advance of making your move and have the following information available when calling our customer service line at (503) 648-4219.
- Address where service will be stopped
- Name on the account
- Last day service will be requested at the old address
- New address for service and requested start up date
We will provide you with your new pick up day when you call to make the service change.
