Moving out of the area?

Please have the following information ready and call our customer service representatives at 503-648-4219.

  • Address where service will be stopped 
  • Name on the account 
  • Last day service will be requested, and we can collect carts. Please note that the final collection must occur on your regularly scheduled collection day
  • Forwarding address for final billing information

Moving to another location in our service area?

Please call one week in advance prior to moving and have the following information available when calling our customer service line at 503-648-4219.

  • Address where service will be stopped and new service address
  • Name on current account 
  • Last day service will be requested at the old address 
  • New address requested startup date
